Its never ending project so i plan to finish powder coating my new wheels (SSR type C) install my evo 8 brembo brakes and then finish up the supercharger set up

I did this... I was tired of seeing the hideous faded spot on my hood, so I decided to fix the problem. Remember, I worked at a body shop all summer, so no I didn't just take a rattle can to my hood and go at it. I did all the necessary prep work and I'm pleased with how it turned out. It goes well with my black and blue "theme." So yea... I don't really care if you think it looks stupid. It's unique and I love it. Not quite sure if it's done yet... I may be going back and reworking it with graphics or airbrushing or something, but for now it works.

By the way- the paint was still drying in these pictures. Hence why the glare is a little weird on it.

My current drink is Crown Royal and red bull. Been drinking it non stop since I was in Atlantic City for the DJ Expo two weeks ago.

And my constant always there for me is a good Vokda tonic.

FS 3000 GT Twin Turbo

Car is located In NJ.

I bought it with 116,000 miles on it and drove it as a daily driver up until 151,000 miles. The car was garage kept and maintained. At 151,000 miles I did a full tune up including timing belt and water pump. About a thousand miles later I Twin Turbo charged it. After the transformation this car became a highway bruiser, V8 mustangs, C4 Corvettes, and mildly modified Evolutions and STi's beware, you will be seeing my tail lights.

Since April of 2010 I have put just over 4000 miles on the car including a trip up to Lock haven PA (350 miles each way) with absolutely no issues. The car is put together and can be confidently driven where ever you need.

1st Gear is USELESS, 2nd gear will spin if the tires aren't hot. 3rd gear will pull you all over the road if you don't have both hands on the wheel and even then it still wants to pull the wheel out of your hands with the torque steer. The car is not a show car and I never try to tell people it is. I'm not going to sit here and tell you this car is perfect because its not. I have done my absolute best to be mindful when I drive it but the car does have just under 160k. I drive the car like it was meant to be. The occasional rock chip or scratch is not to be considered as abuse as much as it is a sign of use. This car is NOT a Trailer queen or a show car poseur, I built this car to be driven and driven everywhere.

One night last summer I was driving home from a car show when I came over a blind hill and standing the road was a herd of deer. I slammed into, surprisingly all but one managed to get out of my way. The car is a tank, I was able to drive the car home. The damage? Busted headlight assembly, a scratch on the hood from the head light and the fender was missing some paint.

This prompted the Front end conversion. I acquired parts from a 1998 car and did the conversion. I went from the "Pop up" Headlights to the brighter projector units. Also a better designed front bumper which allows greater airflow to the intercoolers and radiator. I also swapped out the rear taillight valance for the newer '98 style

Car has just under 160,000 miles

21 Miles per Gallon on the highway, and that isn't sitting at 65-70 or keeping my foot out of it. I average about 19 MPG during normal driving. The car is tuned very rich and there is quite some potential left in the tune by cranking the boost up slightly. Boost is set conservatively at 7PSI.

The Bad:
The Hood is green. Will need rear brakes soon. Tires before next season. New wideband sensor. At the $7000 I will take care of all of this, plus give you DSM Sidemounts, unconverted, TT front Calipers, CX racing Y-pipe, and a slew of other misc parts.

SO when I first joined up, everyone here was rocking a Mitsubishi. Since then I know most of you have moved on or into something newer. So what are you driving now? And how do you like it?

I had a 3000 GT when I joined. I still have the car (for sale) and now I usually am in an Audi, BMW, or today I rocked a Volvo V70 R, Gotta love a 300HP wagon.
