Of those on the list as attending or maybe, is everyone parking in a group on the showfield as usual or are some parking with the normal "patrons"?

Id like to park in the field personally. I'm not sure what impact it makes but it's nice to represent Mitsuoama whenever we can. Plus its only, what 10-15 dollars more to park inside?

Plus, you see a lot of different cars together - civics, mustangs, etc but We're the only Mitsubishi club I've ever seen It is quite a sight to see all of these cars together. Just me - maybe I'm one of the few who still have the flame inside? ![]()

You are now #8
. If all 8 currently listed as attending do, indeed, show up, we will have more members this year than last year!

Alex, the room will be 396 total. Thats for two beds and a sofa bed. It would be great if we could get another DEPENDABLE person to grab that! That would be for Friday night and Saturday night. Let me know if you're interested.

I still have not decided whether or not I am staying overnight. Seeing as how I only live an hour and a half away, it wouldn't make much sense for me to stay overnight unless a large group of people were doing the same thing.
The OP has been updated to include Doug and Jeff attending.

I'm thinking staying in Mechanicsburg or the western edge of Harrisburg would be best. Last time in Carlisle we went to some strip club which at first seemed REALLY weird but turned out to be hilarious and that place I believe was in Harrisburg.
If we wanted to do the same or similar again this year, we would be having a blast in Harrisburg and driving back to Carlisle for the night. What about driving out to Harrisburg, having a blast and staying in Harrisburg, then driving back to Carlisle in the morning. The rooms seemed cheaper and the hotels are much nicer in that direction. If that idea doesn't sound good, then I'll keep scoping out Carlisle for a nice place and decent rates. |

I kind of liked the room I stayed at last year. It was pretty decent and close to the fairgrounds.

What place was that again? I can check the rates. I called a couple places (decent) around Carlisle earlier and they were all completely booked. |

This will probably be a day trip for me this year, can't afford to pay ~$200 for a hotel right now. Ugh I need a better job soon.
Chris, I will let you know once I've purchased my showfield ticket.
